Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Where do I purchase tickets?
A. We recommend you purchase your tickets though the website, but tickets will also be available on the entrance to the event. Here you will be given a wristband so you can come and go throughout the day. We do advise that you buy your tickets in advance so not to be disappointed at the gate if we sell out.

Q. Can I bring food and alcohol in to the event?
A. Unfortunately not, as we will have a fantastic array of street food vendors and tasty refreshments at our exclusive bars. You are welcome to bring in your own water to stay hydrated.

Q. Can I bring a chair to watch the movies?
A. Yes, no problem, but there will be lots of seating provided around the festival too.

Q. Can I bring my dog?
A. Due to the nature of the festival, only service dogs are allowed into the event.

Q. Is it a family friendly event?
A.
Yes, but Friday is the only day we are not allowing children aged 14 and under to gain entry due to the film on show being certificate 15. The morning and afternoon will bring festival fun with films being shown that are child and family friendly, along with our all new Family Area designed to keep kids and big kids active. Please also bear in mind that alcohol will be on sale throughout the weekend.

Q. Are there disabled facilities?
A. Yes, there’s easy access into the park and disabled toilets will be provided. However please bear in mind that the festivals are in grassy parks and therefore may be slightly hard to navigate at times.

Q. Disabled/Carer tickets?
A. All disabled visitors attending on a paid for adult ticket are entitled to bring one carer free of charge. To apply for a carer ticket, please email hello@proseccointhepark.co.uk with your order reference number and proof of disability, ie that you are in receipt of the middle or higher rate care component of the disability living allowance (DLA) or personal independence payment (PIP). Once agreed a free carer’s ticket will be added to your order and will be sent to you along with your other tickets.

Q. I haven’t received my e-ticket?
A.
If you have not received a confirmation email or your e-tickets, please contact hello@proseccointhepark.co.uk or call the office on 08454 750 796.

Q. Is there camping at the event?
A. There is no camping available on the event site!

Q. What does the ticket price include?
A. The ticket price includes entry to the event, access to watch all the films and our all new family area for a little bit of energetic fun. Plus you will have exclusive access to all of our premium bars.

Q. Can I smoke at the event?
A. Yes, smoking is permitted.

Q. Who can attend?
A. Adults, children and babies can attend; however, we will not be permitting under 15’s on Friday night due to the 15 certification of the film being shown. If deemed necessary, we reserve the right to request photographic identification verifying the age of the customer. Photocopies of passports will be accepted as long as the picture and date of birth is clear. Alcohol will of course only be sold to people of the age of 18 and above – We do ask that you drink responsibly. Challenge 25 policy will be enforced, so to ensure you are not disappointed and refused a drink please bring a form of ID with you. Under 13’s are free of charge, however, they will need to have their own ticket, 13 years and over will need an adult ticket.

Q. What should I bring?
A. Please bring your e-tickets. The please also bring some form of ID, then you have no chance of someone saying no when you ask for a sparkling glass of Prosecco! Maybe bring some sunglasses and a brolly, ready for anything the British weather could bring. Finally, don’t forget to bring your phone and use our hashtag #proseccointhepark #PITPUK when you upload some snaps.

Q. What happens if it’s raining?
A. We will be ready for you come rain or shine but it’s always best to dress for the weather! Whilst we’re hoping for sunny spells, it’s an outdoor event and we all know British weather can be a bit changeable… Please bring sensible footwear and a brolly so you’re prepared. Please be aware that we have plenty of shelter throughtout the event.

Q. Do I need to bring cash?
A.
There will be no cash machines at the festival all though you are close to a town centre where we would advise to bring cash.. There will be options to pay by debit card, however not all vendors will accept cards.

Q. What does ‘Subject to Licence’ mean?
A.
If you see this next to the venue it’s mean that we are still awaiting premises licence approval. In the unlikely event it’s not granted we will refund your ticket in full.

EVENT UPDATE

It is with great regret that the successful Prosecco in the Park events have been forced to cancel the final three events this summer in Hereford (16th to 18th August), Oxford (30th August to 1st September) and Chichester (27th to 29th September). “It's never a good thing to have to cancel an event, but we have to be honest and realistic with the projected low attendance and our unpredictable British summer hasn't been as we expected”, explained Events Organiser Matt Bates. “We have tried our hardest to launch this great new event in Hereford, Oxford and Chichester but with such low ticket sales leading up to the event, it's clear to see that people are waiting to see what the weather does on the day of the event and naturally this places us in a very vulnerable position; one that isn't healthy for staging a successful event.” We would like to thank all of you for your support and understanding and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and we hope that our customers understand.

Refunds 
We are issuing full refunds for those who have pre-purchased tickets through our ticket provider Universe from Friday 2nd August onwards. Email notifications will be sent to customers via Universe, signifying that the full refund is being processed to the booker. Please note that funds can take 7 to 10 days to appear in your account. For those that booked through Jack FM or Sunshine FM, refunds will be within 3 to 5 working days from Monday 5th August.
